Tailored training

Road Class does not presume that one training format fits all.

Training programs are devised after sitting down with fleet managers and looking at accident records - getting down to specifics.

Road Class also takes into account the training preferences of insurance companies involved in work-related driving.

Road Class has two basic training formats:

Option 1: Three staff, full day

  • 2.5 hour theory session.
  • Practical training in a fleet vehicle on district roads. All three staff in car

Option 2: All staff attend one theory session

  • Remainder of training is then half-day practical sessions, with three staff in car per session.

Option 3: One-on-one practical training

  • Each staff member given individual attention during practical training.

Option 4: Stand-alone theory session

  • Road Class is flexible on training formats and works in which client needs.
  • Road Class offers a free quote and rates are highly-competitive.
